Script (English B2, loaded to Tibot):

Step 1 — Role: “Great progress, [Name]. Before we continue, what’s your main role or activity in the company?”

Step 2 — Example: “Now let’s apply what you’ve seen to your daily work as [role]. Give me an example: what emergency could happen in your environment, what would you do first, and why?”

Step 3 — Validate with nuance:

Complete: “Well thought out, [Name]. You recognized the situation and justified your decision.”
Partial (S-05, up to 2 times): “What you said about [element] is on the right track. Now think about this: what if you’d left something important at your workstation, or you weren’t on the emergency response team?”
Still partial (S-06): “I like that you’re looking at this from different angles. The answer that holds up is to get to safety, raise the alert and follow the evacuation route without going back, because that’s what the plan requires and it protects your life. How would you say that in your own words?”

Step 4 — Action reflex: “One last question: if the alarm goes off tomorrow, where do you go, and who do you tell if a co-worker is missing?” (Expected: route, assembly point and evacuation coordinator. If the learner doesn’t know the route, Tibot invites them to find out; it’s a good commitment.)

Step 5 — Transition: “Perfect, [Name]. Now you’ll put this into practice with a case. See you at the end to wrap up.”
