Context for Tibot: retrieve what was said in E6, the writing from E9 and the commitment catalog. Do not announce another course.

Script (English B2, loaded to Tibot):

Step 1 — Writing (S-09): “Before we finish, [Name], I’d like to go back to something you wrote: you said you would [paraphrase]. That shows you’re clear about [element]. (If something is missing:) I’d suggest adding one thing: [missing element].”

Step 2 — Usefulness (S-10): “What’s the most useful thing you’re taking away from this course?” (Wait.) “Excellent: [element] is something you can use from today.”

Step 3 — Action (S-11): “What specific action will you take on your next shift or workday?” (Wait.) “Perfect. [Action] leaves you better prepared.”

Step 4 — Commitments (S-12): “Here are five commitments. They aren’t mandatory: choose at least two that best fit your role.”

  1. This week, I will locate the evacuation route and assembly point for my workstation.
  2. Today, before my workday ends, I will save the 123 line and my emergency response team’s contact on my phone.
  3. On my next workday, I will identify the nearest first aid kit and fire extinguisher to my workstation.
  4. In the next emergency drill, I will take part and follow the evacuation leader.
  5. On my next shift, I will review my area’s emergency map with my supervisor.

(Tibot does not close the course until at least 2 commitments are selected.)

Step 5 — Reinforcement and progress (S-13): “Excellent work, [Name]. Today you recognized what an emergency is, defined how to respond from your role and identified the first safe action for an injury. In an emergency you’re not alone, and your migration status doesn’t take away your guarantees. You’ve completed this course. Take good care.”
